RISK DISCLOSURE & MARKET EDUCATION AGREEMENT

Trading currency, stocks, futures, options or any other margined financial instrument contains serious inherent risk. A margin account can be traded using significant leverage, which means that all funds may be lost if positions are not managed with proper stop loss orders. Given the possibility of losing my entire investment, speculation in the markets should only be conducted with funds I consider risk capital, which if lost, will not significantly affect my or my family's financial well-being. If I have engaged in only conservative forms of investments in the past, I should consider whether market trading is suitable for me before pursuing an investment of this nature. By signing this risk disclosure, I acknowledge that the funds I may commit to the markets are purely risk capital and that loss of my investment will not jeopardize my style of living or detract from my future retirement needs. Additionally, I acknowledge that I fully understand the nature and risks of market investments, that the risk of loss is high, trading on margin can work for or against me, and I accept full responsibility for any decision made to trade my money in any market. I acknowledge that I have read the risk disclosures on the “Basics For Success” web site (bottom of the pages) and I agree to these disclosures.
Furthermore, I agree to hold Daniel Daves and Basics For Success harmless, blameless and guiltless, for any losses that I may incur through trading the markets. I realize that Daniel Daves or Basics For Success is not a licensed market professional or a licensed professional investment advisor. I understand that, while Daniel Daves and Basics For Success is providing training, he is not giving me actual investment advice, and is not making investment recommendations of any kind. The instruction that Daniel Daves and Basics For Success gives will be solely for educational purposes only and if I decide to ever use this information in a real market environment, I accept the full responsibility of wins or losses to my account – totally on my own, without the advice, prompting, direction or input of Daniel Daves or Basics For Success. I also understand that the fees that I have paid for training by Daniel Daves are educational fees only and not market advisory fees. I acknowledge that I’m taking the responsibility of learning, analyzing and calculating market movements, and I take all responsibility to validate, justify or weigh any market system, trading style, risk management or educational theory.
